I had a hitch installed. Friendly staff and did a good job in less than an hour. They were very professional. It was night and day compared to my last experience at the pompano U-Haul shop.
Tried to get propane filled. Directions say to use the app and someone will be with you. 25 minutes later still no service. I went inside and there was a small line of people that never moved. Went back outside and stood in front of the pump. It wasn't busy. You have to get a better system if you are going to offer a service. If not, then just don't offer it. You've lost my business
1/2 hour to put in the hitch!! Amazing...and I didn't even nap.
Extremely, extremely rude customer service. Refused to let anyone in who was here before they locked. Locked the doors early that way they could wait until they close to then claim "we are closed."
I had a hitch put on my audi, very professional and friendly staff and service. Highly recommend. Well done to Uhaul here.
