These guys Installed a hitch for us in less than the estimated time and for almost half the price of a local competitor. Manufacturer’s welding blemish prevented our bike rack from fitting so we had to grind the cap overlap down a bit. No big deal. They would have sanded it down for me but I didn’t bring my rack to the install so we didn’t know it didn’t fit until I got home. Great service. Easy transaction. Terrible service, none of the staff know anything apparently and the one guy who knows anything leaves early every day...very disappointed.
