Returned my trailer March 06, 2019. Met the general manager who assisted me. SUPER nice man! Ive been a customer for over 20 yrs. Will continue to be!!

Absolutely the worst went on October 6 and drop the car off 2 1/2 hours later they call and say they could not do it my car developed a very serious rattle ended up taking it to Mitch‘s welding they had it done within an hour they did a very very good job even fix the rattle that U-Haul had caused I would not ever recommend U-Haul trailer hitches to anybody
