Great location. Great quality of quality vehicles, trailers, and supplies. At the same time I had the worst customer service of any of the dozens of U-Haul stores across several states here I have ever had. Maybe the other staff is better, but I had an extremely rude, unhelpful, and arrogant young man named Damian T. Top notch staff and service.
Was recently in Yuma for a work trip. Had a bad experience at a different Uhaul dealer came to this location and the Manager Alfonso and his Team took great care of me. I accidentally left my shovels im one of the trucks went back the next day and they had them on the side for me. Great Customer service all around!
