Customer service not just bad but horrible, Joseph should be fired rude manager, useless employee of U-Haul.there is 0 customers at this place and still can’t take off one ubox from my trailer
Really bad staaf I came there at 4 pm for loading one pallet and the lady told we are going to close you have to come at 9 am tomorrow , for one pallet i had to stay around 17 hours I never suggest to buy anything from u haul
They had more than one person helping out the customers. That's always a plus at any uhaul. I did the mobile check in.So it made things even quicker. This is a large lot but it was still easy enough to find my truck. Upon return, there was a mistake on my charges. But they were able to reverse them. Overall they were very professional. And kind. They offered me a bottle of water when they noticed I was sweating so much from the move.
The few times I've come to this U-haul they have been absolutely helpful in helping me make reservations and assisting me with what is the best equipment to use in my big moves.
Terrible service.
