Won’t answer the phone ever
Do not come to this location. One person working the desk with 12 costumers waiting. Also there's only one certified person to fill up a propane tank. You will be waiting a long time to get your tank filled.
Horrible service, the lady working at desk Jessica g was extremely rude, slow and extremely unprofessional. She was arguing with customers she wasn't even waiting on. Who ever hired her was fooled. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a uhaul facility. I would never recommend if you do go there stay far from her!!! Rudest employee ever
Customer service not just bad but horrible, Joseph should be fired rude manager, useless employee of U-Haul.there is 0 customers at this place and still can’t take off one ubox from my trailer
Really bad staaf I came there at 4 pm for loading one pallet and the lady told we are going to close you have to come at 9 am tomorrow , for one pallet i had to stay around 17 hours I never suggest to buy anything from u haul
