Waited in lobby for over an hour. When we showed up on site all the rentals were scattered all over the lot so there was nowhere to park. Watched an employee walk back and forth in front of the front doors on his phone. Turned out he was one of the cashiers we were waiting for. We had our trailer scheduled a week in advance. It shouldn’t have taken that long to pick up.
I waited about 40 minutes, the service is poor, and there are very few staff members attending to customers.
