Megan is AWESOME. She is professional, kind, patient and a true pleasure. Megan is attentive and responds quickly and responsibly to any and every question or issue. Her Customer service is impeccable!
Went to pick up a uhaul within operating hours. The office was closed and locked. Sat there for an hr on the phone w uhaul while they tried to track down the property manager. They never were able to get anyone on site. Mobile check out also wasn’t an option even though it was advertised as being available at the location. Had to regroup and movemon superbowl sunday 😔
Donna and her team are great and understanding. Thank yall for everything.
