Went to pick up a uhaul within operating hours. The office was closed and locked. Sat there for an hr on the phone w uhaul while they tried to track down the property manager. They never were able to get anyone on site. Mobile check out also wasn’t an option even though it was advertised as being available at the location. Had to regroup and movemon superbowl sunday 😔
Donna and her team are great and understanding. Thank yall for everything.
You order on line and they have your truck reserved and when you get there, they don't so you have to go 10 extra miles to rent another truck .
