Nobody is ever there, it's a pain in the ass having to use 2 separate keypads to enter and you always use the wrong one first.

2 of the 3 times I have tried to access my unit during the night in the past week at this supposedly 24/7 access building, it has said it's closed and wouldn't let me in. No one answers the after hour number. No email notification or anything. Just a sucks to be you when you show up late at night. If I am paying for 24/7 access I expect to be able access my unit at whatever bizarre time suits my schedule.

Super clean, we love the climate control, it makes it so nice when you're moving in or out. Convenient place to park the truck. Had no problem locating carriages for loading and unloading. Restrooms are accessible. Overall it's just a really good place to put our stuff for a while.🙏💯

We needed a small unit as we were moving out of state and our home wasn’t ready yet. We unloaded our Uhaul here while we stayed in a temporary living situation until we could move in. The facility was nice and clean. You get a code that will unlock the garages and doors. I felt very secured that I could close the garage so no passbyers can come in a snoop.
