Rather lazy bunch that doesn't tell important information like whether you storage unit is at this facility or another.

I contacted the U-Haul storage facility a week in advance to confirm that the location offered 24-hour access, as advertised. I was assured over the phone that I would have access to my storage unit at any time. However, when I arrived at 2:00 AM to retrieve my belongings, I was locked out. I attempted again at 5:00 AM, based on the hours posted at the facility, and was still unable to access the unit. I waited until the main U-Haul store was scheduled to open at 7:00 AM. Terminal for entering your PIN to enter or disarm your unit was broken. Uhaul app said 24 hour access, another section had limited hours, and in reality hours were even more limited. Loading dock doors wouldn't open and then the inside doors wouldn't open. Don't bother getting a storage unit here if you want to access your stuff.
