Super fast response!! Kevin is super friendly and customer service is the NUMBER ONE aspect of importance to me. And he nailed it. The spaces and tastes and extremely reasonable and there’s discounts available if u need trucks and storage together!!!
It’s supposed to be a secured unit the door is always open or broke and people walk in that never belong there whenever they want out of the year I’ve had the unit maybe the gate has worked 4 months tops and snow removal was terrible last year. If I pay for a secured unit that’s what I want the concord of knowing that can’t anyone just waltz in and steal my things or walk by and case my unit

I have had nothing but great experiences since renting a storage unit with U-Haul on Bayliss Ave. I have always been treated with respect when talking to staff, and the unit itself is well kept, clean, and dry. Kevin helped me set up auto-pay today and provided exceptional customer service. Staff is very personable and understanding. If you are looking for a place to store your things, this is definitely the place to do it!
