Was given a 20ft truck and a second floor unit. Could only access the second floor with a 10ft truck had to manually pull all of my items up a steep 40ft ramp manually which took 4 hours. Was told i would not receive any compensation for anything and not given any help.
My buddy rented a 10x10 unit at the 29th st address in Harrisburg, PA. We were directed to Cameron st because they didn't have the unit and had given him a 5x10 at 29th st. This is the 10x10 they gave him. It had an old loading dock taking up a 1/3 of the unit.
