Claiming to have " NEW" Management. I called yesterday to report I'll be making a payment in 2 days. It was noted. TODAY , I get a text from my bank saying UHAUL TRIED WITHDRAWING MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! I was speaking with the girl who answers phones there. I asked for a manger she randomly puts someone on the phone ACTING like the manger. He tells me when an account is delinquent whatever card was paid last to the account they use that card number. I had an awesome experience. The only reason I stopped is because there was a rental truck outside. If that truck had not been outside I would have not stopped. Consider displaying more rental trucks if possible.

Do not rent from this location they constantly park their U-Haul trucks in front of your storage unit so if you ever need to access your unit, you have to go to the office and have them move the truck. My unit specifically had a busted window and I mentioned that to them and it’s been months after the fact and still has never been fixed nor have I been contacted by U-Haul in addition to that I have been contacting U-Haul weekly about getting that window fixed. I deal with Kevin and Jennifer, they have been extremely helpful over the years. The 3 stars is because I feel prices are on the high side but other than that all is good.
