What's freaking joke this place is. Incompetent at best
We waited for 30 minutes to get to the counter. I was there at 9, which was our reservation time. Reserved it initially for 6 hours. I told the gal we would need more time, to please change the time we had the truck. She said, you have it for 24 hours. Just call us as a courtesy if you are going to be later. So I did. The gal on the phone charged me 35 bucks and said sorry i was misinformed. Freakin ROBBERY!!!!
RUDEST, MOST HOSTILE EMPLOYEES EVER. GO TO THE LOCATION ON TUALATIN/SHERWOOD ROAD. I have never been berated, yelled at, or treated so poorly by employee MARGIE at this location. When I went in to get my trailer I forgot my tow ball and needed to run home and get it, which is not far away. When I got back, inside Margie gave me my trailer and told me to pull around. So I did. I've been using storage here for 4 years, and I'll always recommend it. Thanks
Beaverton manager Tara went above and beyond helping. However central customer service team was terrible giving conflicting and misleading information. Second time I had been assured the drop off location had a drop box for after hours only to find out they were wrong. Not to mention an inability to change reservation. Even the app has issues
