Horrible customer service, DO NOT GO HERE. They will berate you at the counter and mess up your rental, and then be just as horrible when you go to return it. Maybe if they could hire some people who aren’t incredibly rude and verbally abuse customers it would be better!
There were no problems with the lease. Prices are affordable, no hidden payments. I recommend it.
I haven't even gotten to the counter. The parking lot seems to have 6 spots to park, which are full. The parking lot has lines indicating which direction to drive, yet they are not discernible. I'm hours late from my truck rental pick up time because I had to travel so much (and get more gas) to park, which was a city block away. Overall it's frustrating and discouraging. I'd recommend any other location.
Outstanding! The guy who checked us out couldn't have been nicer or more patient! The truck was clean and drove well. The entire experience was professional, friendly and top notch! I am an apartment manager in Beaverton and I will definitely recommend to my tenants! Great job.
