I have used this location quite a few times. They get busy, specially weekends. They are nice and they care about their customers. I would recommend making a reservation online and download the app when dropping off the vehicle. It will save you time!
They never answer their phone. Does not matter what time you call. I’ve been on hold for over 20 minutes multiple times and have to just hang up resulting in really difficult misunderstandings with active rentals since I couldn’t get assistance. They even changed our drop off location to a U-Haul site out of town (without asking us) claiming they would give us a “special price”. I have been inaccurately charged by this U-Haul location for a trailer that was never properly checked in. On March 14, I was an authorized U-Haul dealer and returned a trailer to my location after transporting it from Piedmont, North Carolina. Shortly afterward, due to how strenuous the dealer role was, we ended our agreement. The Area Manager personally came and picked up all trailers from my location. i had a good experience at this location. they had lots of moving supplies at very reasonable prices and i was able to rent a trailer quick and simple in store. all the staff members were very friendly. thank you!
