I have been inaccurately charged by this U-Haul location for a trailer that was never properly checked in. On March 14, I was an authorized U-Haul dealer and returned a trailer to my location after transporting it from Piedmont, North Carolina. Shortly afterward, due to how strenuous the dealer role was, we ended our agreement. The Area Manager personally came and picked up all trailers from my location. i had a good experience at this location. they had lots of moving supplies at very reasonable prices and i was able to rent a trailer quick and simple in store. all the staff members were very friendly. thank you!
The only reason this gets 2 stars is because the trailer was nice. Mike “the manager” is one of the most unprofessional workers I’ve ever met. He used derogatory language at me multiple times for the way the trailer was hooked up, and because my wife couldn’t back the trailer into the tiny spot he wanted her to. Mike used the “f” word multiple times, and was extremely unhelpful. I won’t be using this location ever again strictly based on his conduct, & I hope this review reaps consequences for poor behavior on Mike’s end. Af... read more
