While I was being helped, the manager was on the phone using profanity. She also repeatedly spoke to her employees in a disrespectful manner in front of customers, calling them incompetent and making negative comments under her breath. It created an uncomfortable environment and did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected. The truck was very clean and easy to drive!

I had a phenomenal experience renting. Jim was the customer service representative who served me and he was kind, courteous, professional, and extremely helpful! Checking the trailer out and in the next day was an easy, stress-free experience. I didn't get the ladies' name who checked me back in, but she was awesome, too. I returned from renting and relayed my great experience to my wife and she asked me, "wouldn't it be nice if all customer service people loved their jobs and took care of people like that?" Indeed!

I rented U-Haul truck #0189W on Monday, June 22. Driving home through Pearl and Flowood under 50 mph felt fine. However, the next morning on the interstate at 65 mph, I discovered that there was some considerable play in the steering. It feels like severe wear in the steering gear box or a bad ball joint.
