The entire staff at this location is friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to assist and satisfy the customer. Make this team at HWY 80 E in Pearl, MS, the prototype for the remaining stores.
I recently needed to rent a trailer and chose this location, and I’m glad I did. Jackie and Andrea were both fantastic and made the entire rental and return process quick, easy, and hassle-free. While I was there, I also looked around the store and was impressed by the selection. They seem to have everything you could need for storage, moving, and more. Great customer service and a very smooth experience. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for any of my future storage or moving needs. Highly recommend!
Did what it needed to do ! Great customer service fast quick we got everything done with no problems . Not a bad price either
I have rented trucks at this location several times. This experience was just as wonderful as all the other times I’ve rented from them. Nice, friendly and helpful customer service. Renting from U-Haul has always been reasonably affordable and convenient. I highly recommend this location!!
