My customer service experience at this uhaul facility was totally awesome. The young Lady at the front desk, Ms. Mellicia Hodge, was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and very customer friendly. Ms. Hodge went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I definitely would recommend this specific uhaul facility, due to the outstanding customer service. The building was also very clean, and organized.
The Uhaul that I had box would move pretty good and made an extremely loud noice in the cad like the top was coming off. Other then that it was excellent
Everything was great.
Staff was very friendly and professional, thus staff was excellent!!! Equipment was clean, however one tire on trailer was worn & needed replacement.
