Everything was great.
Staff was very friendly and professional, thus staff was excellent!!! Equipment was clean, however one tire on trailer was worn & needed replacement.
The staff is slow and just plain rude. It’s so unnerving when dumb people think they’re smart and know things simply because they work there! I tried dropping a truck off like I have numerous times before in 25+ years. I walked inside with keys and said, “hey, just returning the pickup truck” with keys in hand. The response, “take it to the tent”. She didn’t even look at me. Mind you, I entered this place from the right side of building, on Centre Pointe Blvd. So I asked, “what tent”?
