My items arrived faster than I thought. The U-Haul team in Lancaster Ca were great! There was an issue but they quickly got it resolved!
My items arrived faster than I thought. The U-Haul team in Lancaster Ca were great! There was an issue but they quickly got it resolved!
They cut off our locks without letting us know. No contact was attempted before they cut off two expensive locks and then when confronted with this they said they would contact us within 48 hours which never happened. After that our case was escalated to a district manager which also never contacted us. It has been a very difficult and frustrating process
