So we were getting ready to depart Columbus, Ohio the Monday following Mother's Day a few weeks back. Another Uhaul (not Georgesville) completely botched our attempted setup of an auto transport connected to a uhaul truck attempting to ship our daughter's Jeep Wrangler. Go see Corey, hands down one of the nicest people you will ever meet, had a few issues getting the right equipment due to the computer system being down yesterday but Corey helped us through it with a positive attitude and a smile the whole time, interacting with him made all of our days better
Never answers the phone, storage units overrun with rats and mice. Looking to pull all my items ASAP if they'd EVER return my calls.
We had rented a 12 foot trailer from another location in order to move from one local location to another. On the first trip the trailer got a flat in one of the four tires. I was close to the Georgesville location and pulled in. If the manager had followed procedure I would have been out of luck and dealing with a repair unit. Even though he was incredibly busy he tried to switch us to a different trailer and when that didn’t work got us a truck. This manager was great!
Excellent location. I was set up for a hitch installation. The part failed to order in the system & My appointment was almost cancelled but Corey went above & beyond. He was able to last minute get the part from another location and still kept my appointment. The two ladies at the desk Tyra & Tia were positive friendly and showed great customer service skills & I met one of the guys who worked on my vehicle named James who reassured me I was in good hands.
