Worst service ever! Had completed all paperwork and waited for 1/2 hour for vehicle (which was not vehicle promised). Had to beg different service "professionals" to help me find the vehicle. When I returned vehicle I was overcharged from what original "customer service professional" quoted. Spoke with manager and had another "service professional " say everything that I said was true and I had received poor service that he witnessed.
