We came here 5 time to fill a propane tank and everytime they told us to come back, because they were either on break, on lunch, not there or to busy... worst service ever!
Absolutely horrible....made a reservation a month in advance. saved the email confirmation. showed up on time the day of and they said they don't have anything. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Didn't honor the reservation. Complete disaster. Terrible.
With the exception of one very helpful technician who tried his very best to help me... One of the worst automotive related experiences in a long time. I scheduled and provided credit card payment for hitch installation and confirmed stock and appointment time 3 times before heading up there in rush hour traffic. I have never had better customer service in my life!!!! I came to U-Haul because I needed a hitch for my trailer and not only did they figure out which one I needed, but they also installed it right there for me. They were very quick and very polite. Also, the prices were not obnoxious. I rented the 15 foot truck from U-Haul and when I returned it, they made the return very quick and simple. I highly recommend 10/10!!!!
Just dropped off a one way rental - very easy - lots of selection there - one of their most extensive stores with a good location.
