Answered the phone and the lady says "Hold" ...waited on hold for 20 mins on the phone to listen to the lady answer 3 other phone calls and talk to everyone else but me.. I hung up... And Called and and called and called but the line was busy... When finally getting thru was told by a guy I should have just called back with his attitude .... For real? Don Hall and sons is Garbage!
