Very disappointing experience with this U-Haul location. I reserved equipment ahead of time, only to find out they had no dollies available. On top of that, my reservation was canceled without my permission or even asking me first. That is completely unacceptable when someone is depending on a reservation for a scheduled move. If equipment is unavailable, customers should be contacted and given options, not have their reservation canceled for them. Poor communication, poor planning, and a very frustrating experience overall.
This is a great location to rent from. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I would recommend this location to any of my family and friends.
Well first of all they said that I had kept two blankets and actually kept one there wasn't six in there was five and I thought one of them was mine that my mistake and then on top of that they charged me for extra miles and then on top of that when I try to talk to the lady U-Haul in Granbury if it was the last U-Haul place in town I drive to Dallas
No improvements needed, the couple who run the Blessed Again Uhaul center are amazing and provide excellent customer service.
