DELAYED PICK-UP TIME BY 5 HOURS DID NOT HAVE MY TRUCK THAT I RESERVED THEY SHOULD HAVE THEIR DEALER LICENSE REVOKED!
it took me 30 to 45 minutes to check out my U-Haul trailer I was only getting a tow dolly that I reserved online and I was just coming to pick it up people running seem to barely understand English
Not very professional , told they would hold dolley, 34 minutes later the dolley was rented to someone else... NOT dependable !!! Horrible smell inside also...
