Although service staff upon pickup was great and friendly, I am very bewildered at the following events. Upon leaving laredo to San Antonio, we were detained for almost 3 hours at the IH 35 Immigration checkpoint because they said their dog hit on controlled substances. They tore through all of our carefully packed boxes and belongings, broke several picture frames, found 2 marijuana seeds in the rear of the cab and put us through intense questioning, which we had no answers for..
