RecommendedI need a truck next day. Truck was available, clean, and got the job done. Used the after hours drop off with no issues. The staff were friendly and responsive.

I have tried to contact Lori Shown (manager) 4 times and she has not returned the first call! The truck broke down and it wasn’t returned for 4 days, then they deducted over $1000. from my account because they didn’t read the notes on file! I need a phone Lori, you should have my #. Karen Pittman
HORRIBLE!! After many attempts to set our payments up on automatic, since we live overseas, it was finally accomplished. My daughter moved our stuff out of the unit in April of this year, and we informed U-Haul that we had moved out. However, they continued taking the monthly fee out of our account for April, May, June and now they are trying to take July! We have called countless times and they tell us that they are taking care of it and will refund the months we weren't there, but still another payment comes out. We finall... read more
If you can avoid this Uhaul, I would! Gave me nothing but problems!
Terrible service, I wanted to rent a truck for a day but I told them I was probably finish around 6pm and bring it back, the lady "owner" told me to make sure I bring the truck before six (even thou it would be only 8 hours) otherwise I was going to get charge for another day, when I told her I did not think I should pay for two days if I only need it for 8 hours she gave me a bad attitude I told her I did not want the truck anymore and with a worst attitude she gave me a receipt and still got charge for $75 dollars which st... read more
