Honestly the best U-haul location I've ever used (and I am a frequent U-haul customer all over the US). The truck was clean, pick-up and drop-off were quick and simple, and the front desk staff was very nice. Access to the shop is easy and has lots of parking.
I had a great experience with U-Haul. The truck rental process was incredibly fast, easy, and straightforward, which made moving day a lot less stressful. What really stood out to me was what happened afterward. I accidentally left my wallet in the truck, and the staff immediately called to let me know they had found it. I had two very disappointing experiences at this U-Haul location within the same week. On Wednesday, I went in to rent a truck, and from the moment we walked through the door, the employee at the counter had a terrible attitude. He was rude the entire interaction and even made the comment that he “didn’t have to rent to me.” There was absolutely no reason for that kind of behavior. Nicole (or Natalie, so sorry but I can’t remember her name fully) was amazing. She was very helpful and very responsive. I needed a truck for a quick move and I was able to get one. There was also an issue with my reservation from when I called and she resolved it. Truck was clean and easy to use
