It was efficient, and very easy process throughout!
I was stuck in the snow trying to leave with the truck and right when they opened an employee was more than willing to help. Was outside shoveling for about 20-30 mins. Super super helpful!
Had a great experience here with my brother-in-Christ Kevin here today. Came in with no understanding or experience about towing, and Kevin instructed me that there wasn't the right set up on my truck for me to haul the trailer that I had originally reserved. He was very thoughtful with a variety of solutions, and his colleague was also kind enough and very willing to help as well.
