Rented a box van for in city moving. I was a bit concerned after seeing some reviews, but everyone I encountered was super nice. The truck I was originally assigned was parked behind a utility pole that would test even the most talented driver to maneuver around it. They saw it and remedied that before I even had the chance to go back inside. I had to call to extend my reservation for a couple hours with ease. I work there and I love my job
Absolutely ridiculous wait time. Have more people staffed during moving seasons. The gentleman assisting us clearly wanted to anything but that judging by the fact that he didn't even stick around to help with the trailer because he was ready to clock out.
