*****AVOID AT ALL COST**** 3 weeks ago scheduled 10am appt to install trailer hitch on Volvo xc90; called 2 times to discuss how it would be installed on lease vehicle.(NO RETURN CALL) Then had appt changed to noon. Wife dropped off at noon, and just returned to find the car Just went in shop 15 minutes before 2pm, only to find out they DON'T HAVE THE PARTS NEEDED TO DO THE WORK, and mechanic said they would have to cut away at underneath of car which we already approved. TOTAL WASTE OF MY TIME...............
