Truck has a huge hole in roof so now our furniture is wet. We then get a storage unit ( that is advertised as free with a U-Haul rental but it's not) and no one gives us a key to open the lock and everyone leaves and goes home even though we were here at least 20 minutes before they closed. So Jim was called and Ralph should be here in 10 minutes to get us a key
