Love my UHAUL store always opened when I need it my 2nd truck is a Uhaul
U-Haul owes me $445.38. It's been over a month and they have not yet refunded me the amount and have not followed up with me. Is anyone else also experiencing really terrible customer service from Uhual in Dane County area? The specific one I use are on Packers Ave in Madison and DeForest. Nothing at all to comment on, was incand out with the size box I was supposed to bring home.
I’ve been a long‑time U‑Haul customer, but my recent experience with their storage facility was deeply disappointing. My storage unit remained unsecured for over a month, even though U‑Haul’s own internal monitoring system showed that the door was open the entire time. I had properly exited and locked up, but no one from U‑Haul contacted me or investigated the alert. As a result, my belongings were stolen.
