Good experience. Friendly clerk. They need a sign for the lock boxes saying not to pull on the lock while pulling down on the lock lever, though, but they had a number to call if you were having problems and someone answered promptly and knew the answer to the lock problem.
We had to move in one day and didn’t realize it to the day of, I was able to make a reservation online and picked it up within 30 min. Staff was really friendly. Only reason for 4 stars is that sometimes in the lot it’s unclear where you are directing us to to get our U-Haul, maybe paint numbers?
They were very helpful , professional and made suggestions about the use of the trailer. I'm very grateful for the interactions with the staff.
