I made a reservation on South Side of Milwaukee- Precious was great very attentive, nice attitude and quick service! I will definitely rent a U-Haul thru Precious again! Thanks Precious-
I wish google has the way to rate them with 0 star. Customer service is terrible. Specially the Latino looking guy behind the counter. He has cero customer skills.
WARNING – DO NOT RENT HERE! I made the mistake of renting a storage unit here, and it was an absolute nightmare. The place is crawling with roaches — a full-blown infestation. When I told an employee, they casually admitted they were already aware of the problem, as if it’s totally normal! What’s worse? The insurance doesn’t cover a single thing related to pest damage or contamination. So if your belongings get ruined (and trust me, they will), you’re completely on your own. Came in customers were upset. Service is trash they not even trying to help you. If you dont remember what else you rented from this specific location they dont tell you until you find it out on your own.
