The service I received today was absolutely awful. I have never in my life been treated the way I was today. Not only did the women who help me immediately seem annoyed by my presence and need of assistance in picking up my U-Haul, but continually rolled her eyes at me and my girlfriend and scoffed everytime we had a question or comment about something. Please heed a lot of these reviews! Had such a terrible experience with my move recently. Horrible communication and customer service. They changed my service location without even telling me or getting my approval, insisted they did confirm with me, like I have amnesia or something, and then tried to nickel and dime me on the miles. Workers here are so apathetic and rude. Will never use this location ever again.
Never have I ever had a smooth transaction with these people.
The guys working were efficient, even though the first two trucks Inwas given the keys to had issues, because of them I was on my way in no time. Dropping off by same guy, was easy and fast
