We received exceptional service at this location, from our rental truck to the storage unit. The ladies here even accommodated a quick switch to a larger unit in a matter of minutes while it was super busy and still managed to assist everyone with positive energy. Christiana has a really bad attitude does not know how to talk to customers just proceeded to talk over me thinks it’s okay to yell at me I would love to play the phone call where she yelled at me and than hung and I surly did call back and cuss her out because that’s not okay she hung up on me twice simple because I asked why would the representative who took my 80 year old grandmas money back in September to pay the storage not tell her that the storage is due how does that sound right but than proceed to allow her to pay ... read more
