The slowest people with the worst service in town
Great staff, easy rental, equipment was in great shape and when I asked about other items they understood my situation and offered a perfect solution. Drop off staff were equally as good Fantastic u-haul experience. Thank you.
Such an easy transaction. I showed up without a reservation and was out the door with exactly what I needed in 20 minutes. The return process went just as smoothly.
I came to uhaul to get a van and they charged me over 200$ and it cleared my account and then when I returned claimed that it was a "deposit" When my contract said nothing about a deposit and now they want to call the cops. They are not forth coming and they do not explain what they will be charging you. What should of been a total of 516$ turned to 710$ with no contract to show that was being charged. Highly don't recommend this place for rentals!
