We arrived to just get some moving boxes and ended up waiting 20 minutes to pay because the red headed employee lady was busy smiling at her phone and talking outside to another employee. She came in took the customer in front of us without acknowledging the wait time. She left with the other customer without a word to us. Horrible customer service
