was given a rental agreement stating the fuel level was at 1/4 . brought up to rental agent that the agreement was incorrect and that fuel was empty . rental agent “corrected the agreement” and assured me i would receive a fuel credit upon return of truck with 1/4 . when i requested the updated agreement he did not give me a new document and assured me it was already taken care of . i did not receive my fuel credit and when i called to inquire i was advised the rental agreement was never even edited. so now i am out $50 whic... read more
1 star is only because we haven’t seen anyone at this location in 2 full days.. We dropped off our U-Haul on Monday, and my husband forgot something in the truck, so we’ve been stopping by occasionally to see if we can grab it and there hasn’t been a single person here. We’ve waited for about an hour and watched close to ten people come and go between the last two days. Hope everything is okay
