Rental process was simple, truck ran great, and return was easy. Nick provided great customer service from start to finish, and I would recommend renting from here if you're planning to move.
I'd recommend this U-Haul place. It has packing materials, boxes: small medium large, x-large, boxes specifically for TVs up to 86". Plastic wrapping, 55' length packing tape (the brown kind), custom hitches and more. I made a reservation ahead of time and put a card on file. They will give you back the difference if you do not use the truck for the entire period that you thought you were going to use it for. Make SURE you bring back the truck with a quarter tank of gas at the minimum!
Try to charge you for insurance, but won’t accept digital version. Forces you to buy
I just needed one large box. It was very reasonably priced. $2.72. I was in and out in less than two minutes.
There's a great staff here, every single person I talked to was friendly and knowledgeable; they made this entire process smooth and were patient with my questions. They also had the best equipment: the 6x12 van trailer had a ramp here, Old Town only has the double door one. The important things were all in working order (door, tires, brakes, wiring, etc), and for a Uhaul trailer it was clean.
