I had a horrible experience with the staff here on Saturday, 9/7/19, at 3:30 pm. I had a mover who was helping me pick up a couple uboxes that were in storage who lost his ID the day before. The staff would not allow him to take the uboxes which is understandable since he did not have an ID on file. He was driving his own truck and simply just trailing the boxes.
