6/5 ordered hitch and scheduled installation for 6/17. 1 hour before appointment, got call that hitch hadn't arrived. Ok shipping issues do occur. Rescheduled for 6/24 10 am. Called before I went and was told appointment was arbitrarily rescheduled for 10 am 6/25, without my knowing. since I couldn't make 10 am rescheduled for 1 pm instead. Drove 50 miles on 6/25, arrived on time only to be told "hitch installer is not here, I was going to contact you" Contact me when? it was already appointment time!
