One of the worst experiences I've ever had with uhaul. It's been almost impossible to get ahold of someone, then when they do answer the phone they send you to customer service to answer a simple payment question to be able to get your stuff out of storage. Completely unprofessional, with their generic attitude and the way they make excuses when called out on their issues. If asked direct questions they give vague answers or two different answers.
I’ve had to rent a moving truck several days in the last few weeks for work. Friendly staff with great customer service!
