Very on top of everything and organized. They called to confirm the day before and the day before. Lots of places don’t do that stuff but the young lady that was working 24may in the morning was great.
My experience with the U-haul on Delsea Drive in Vineland, NJ was amazing. Teal took very good care of me, very personable and kind. I enjoyed the conversations. Another staff (cannot remember her name), she was also very kind and hooked up the U-haul box to my vehicle and explained in full detail instructions. They even went the extra mile in helping me figure out how to turn off my sensor so that my vehicle would not jolt. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends. :-) - Clari
15ft uhaul box truck needed front end work. They did not want to honor any compensation and recommended me calling road side assistance to get a new truck while I was already in route of a 9hr drive with truck full of furniture.
