People were friendly, checking in and out was easy and fast. Truck rented did its job.
Great staff is fast and responsive had no problems with pickup and drop off was even easier. I got a brand new pickup truck only 1100 miles on it. Will be back and Thank You....
I had a terrible experience dealing with Teal the General Manager there. She spoke to me on the phone and said she would help me with my customer service issue if I came in store. When I showed up she locked herself in her office applying lotion to her overly worked knees. Then when she finally came out of her office (an hour later) she threatened to call the police on me (an African American paying customer) because I said to her “I thought you were coming to help me” she then followed up with “I have a lot of other things ... read more
