I went to the 1710 RT Dunn location on the morning of September 24, 2025 to reserve a one-way truck for personal use, about 10 days from that date. The person behind the counter put off the worst customer service attitude I can remember experiencing. Throughout the entire interaction, his facial expressions and mannerisms were smug, accompanied by his curt and condescending responses to my questions.
