I contacted the U-Haul storage facility a week in advance to confirm that the location offered 24-hour access, as advertised. I was assured over the phone that I would have access to my storage unit at any time. However, when I arrived at 2:00 AM to retrieve my belongings, I was locked out. I returned a truck and auto transport here that I rented from WI. Everyone was super friendly and helpful!
The business seemed genuinely interested in my move and helping me but when I showed up for my reserved truck, it was not there. There was no truck, they sent me to their storage facility to pick it up. Got there and the attendent was so slow, I waited almost an hour and still had not talked to the attendent, when asked, he said the internet wasn't working?? Anyhow, I never got a truck. NEVER!
