Terrible service. When I picked up the equipment the man at the service counter was half asleep and short with me. When I went to return the trailer the guy at the front desk was disrespectful. And acted like I was a huge inconvenience to him for renting from them and using their services... He was using hurtful sarcasm talking down to me and through his bottle across the counter out of frustration. The people working there do not want to help you and clearly don't want to be at work.... I feel bad for them.
Moving made easy, I had a lot of help, and it was affordable, 🤠

Shout out uhaul and aj 🙌 hands down a great experience he made sure we had everything and even stayed open later he didnt have to and he did amd made sure to do most and give us the best experience helped put everything together and even got in the nitty gritty lol like dude definately deserves 5 stars and this uhaul in particular even know it is in bad part of town still had great customer service thabks aj and uhaul
Rented a 26' for a move. Very clean and in good shape.
