Rented a U-Haul this month and the person who put my info in the system, sent my contract to someone else (Which had all my personal information). Thank God the person who received my information was kind hearted and gave me a call to let me know!!

Very unprofessional business I help the man start my car he had a battery charger as a jump box trying to start it I’m a mechanic and know they don’t have experience to be touching any vehicle everyone had attitudes beside one woman
Worst customer service I have ever had from any business! Rented a storage unit, thinking my belongings would be safe. Not!! All of my stuff was wet because of the unit leaking! They did nothing other than tell me to call a number that told me I was Screwed!!!! WTF. The unit should not even have been rented out!! Simply pathetic that they rent their units on the pretense that your belongings will be safe. You are better off leaving your stuff in your yard and covering it when it rains!!
