Honestly. Great service. The female assistant manager is very personable and top notch. I returned a truck there today and GPS took me to the exit instead of the entrance, I was super stressed about the size and turning the truck around... she popped right out of the office and turned it around for me. At that point this location would have gotten 5 stars from me. But... in 48 years of life, I have used U-Haul twice. Worst place ever. I have been on the phone all day with customer service to try and get a hold of the actual business. They double charged us and our bill is now just under 400.00 with Noone to talk to or any way of fixing it. Horrible.
