My wife and I have used several different storage facilities over the years as well as renting a few U-Hauls. This facility is hands down the best I've ever used. Tamara, the manager is absolutely amazing. I'm very ill and was unable to do much with my unit but she worked with us. Thank you Tamara, I will absolutely recommend you to everyone I know, The human experience with you and your staff is absolutely priceless
I really can't think of a thing that is needed to improve the next customer's experience. I personally want to thank the entire team that helped me with our recent move. Tamara V. did an "above and beyond" job exceeding my expectations and she should be commended for her outstanding customer service. Best experience with a storage facility I have ever had. They gave me the opportunity to settle and get my belongings out, when I had an issue with payment, instead of just getting rid of everything. Thank you for helping me during a difficult time you guys are wonderful people.
Was able to get on on the last day of the month. Needed to extend our reservation a couple of hours and was very easy to do.
