I just wanted to say thank you to everyone there. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. A huge thank you to the woman with the spider tattoo who helped me through everything and answered my questions, and to the gentleman who got the U-Haul ready for me. They both made everything so easy and stress-free. Moving can be overwhelming, so having people who are genuinely nice really meant a lot. Tamara and her entire Uhaul team are the Best in the Moving Business. Tamara went out of her way to accommodate all of my needs — providing phenomenal customer service. This is the best Uhaul location I have ever used in my 40 years of Uhaul experiences. This location should be in the Uhaul Hall of Fame for World Class Service.
I had zero issues renting a motorcycle trailer for a few hours. It was ready/ available when I showed up at pickup time. They hooked it up and had me test the brake/ signals before I left. When I dropped it off they unhooked it and a left. From reserving the trailer to dropping it off was about as efficient as it could have been. Thanks to T. Vaughn for all of her help.
