Was able to get on on the last day of the month. Needed to extend our reservation a couple of hours and was very easy to do.
Very helpful, professional, and actually open and staffed. Many packing, moving, and storage supplies available to purchase. Was able to see the security cameras and alarms for the storage units on big displays in the showroom. They actually answered the phone and was able to answer our questions. Great experience with this store and would recommend it to others.
James and Tamara are awesome at helping us get moving. Tamara kept our reservation, no issues, was very friendly and just awesome to talk to. James helped me with my lack of preparedness. He helped hook up our trailer and offered alternatives when I almost thought I needed to change sizes due to poor planning on my end. I got so confused laughed at myself, but he was there to help troubleshoot, and the trailer we reserved worked very well. Awesome professionals, awesome people. Thank you James and Tamara!
It was okay. I did not appreciate how they tried to say, I damage their rental truck that I drove for less than 5 minutes from the dealership to pull a small trailer and return the truck in less than 30 minutes of paying a rental fee. But it got the job done. Just did not appreciate the cons they tried to pull
