Tamara and her entire Uhaul team are the Best in the Moving Business. Tamara went out of her way to accommodate all of my needs — providing phenomenal customer service. This is the best Uhaul location I have ever used in my 40 years of Uhaul experiences. This location should be in the Uhaul Hall of Fame for World Class Service.
I had zero issues renting a motorcycle trailer for a few hours. It was ready/ available when I showed up at pickup time. They hooked it up and had me test the brake/ signals before I left. When I dropped it off they unhooked it and a left. From reserving the trailer to dropping it off was about as efficient as it could have been. Thanks to T. Vaughn for all of her help.
This is the best storage unit experience I've had in the last 20 years. I'm sad to leave it. The staff are incredibly professional and friendly. They have helped me out numerous times including after hours. They take care of the equipment they rent and never send you out in something questionable. I will miss having such a well run and reliable Uhaul Moving and Storage Center nearby.
