Tamara, James and everyone at this location are amazing and so helpful! They helped me with my storage unit, and renting a trailer and exchanging it for a bigger one. Went above and beyond to help me out even stayed late. I am so thankful and grateful for them all!

Went in and tried to rent a 15 foot uhaul. A dude who wore sunglasses inside told us to to pick up closer to our destination. Got there and nobody was present. Went to the next location and talked to the uhaul guy, he told me about the app and an automated lockbox. I went through everything and gave the information it requested then it said we could not service you at this time. I called the number and they said everything is good and I should be able to access the vehicle. Called customer service and spoke w a manager named... read more
This place was awesome and provided a great trailer to tow my car (no wench)! Simon definitely helped a lot as well in the rogers building. Would come back
