Called before driving to Roger's because I needed a propane bottle for RV refilled. They told me they were open and able to fill until they closed in evening. Told me to just bring my tank. When I arrived they told me they were unable to fill tank if it is cloudy outside. They told me to come back tomorrow and maybe it won't be cloudy. We sat in parking lot looking for somewhere else and my teenage daughter gets out of truck to go to bathroom. Same guy stops her and tells her he can fill it for us. Service is horrible here. If it requires a worker to do something they will make up excuses to avoid having to work .

Oh my goodness! When I tell you this whole situation was so stressful. As a whole, I was so anxious the entire time trying to rent a truck. Not only did I preorder the night before, I also followed through with the online check in. Super prepared. Was sent to a specific location only to find out they didn’t except the card type. So we had to use cash, the only Uhaul location that had what we needed, and excepted cash in the area was nearly 30 minutes… we weren’t happy.
