Three days in a row We’ve gone to uhaul to purchase moving supplies. The customer service gradually got worse each day. Day one, it was all men working and they were great! They welcomed us when we came In the door, asked if we needed help, gave recommendations and helped us out to our truck. NOTE: they were really busy with other customers in the shop. We bought a hitch for our daughter’s car in May. We are almost into July and still dealing with it. There was no tracking number so the morning of our appointment we got a call saying they would have to reschedule as hitch wasn’t there. We reschedulrf and sent our daughter down to get the hitch. The hitch was not put in correctly and made a horrible vibrating racket. The spare tire was not put back in correctly so we thought that was it.
