I have used this U-haul location so many times in the past but never had bad experience. All other employees are very polite but my today experience was not great. Very rude customer service from one of the employee, I don't want to mention her name but I hope she see this and try to provide better customer service to other U-haul customers. One more thing i noticed while I was there she was using her phone while driving golf car and I would be surprised if it is allow under U-haul policy.
It was easy to get what I needed. The place is very clean, well maintained and the level of customer care and satisfaction is exponential.
These folks are great!!!!! I've had to change my plans several times and they were always very friendly, helpful and professional. They accommodated my changes every time with a courteous no problem. We are here for you. They even told me how to save a little money. I hate every time someone provides a service you instantly get a text to review them. This time I want to send a review.
