Everyone wants the best deal possible, and I am no different. Penske, budget, and others advertise this incredibly low price but have these large insurance fees and rules. The ease of online booking, transparent fees, the ease of use to extend a day were amazing and did not waste any time picking up or dropping off. The individuals dealt with at the location were superb, kind, and a joy to deal with.
Gabby was more than helpful and treated me like a valued customer.She went above and beyond to show that my years of having a storage at the facility and also multiple U-Haul rentals didn’t go unnoticed.I would recommend friends and relatives to go to this location any day.Thanks
Still waiting for a tow hitch . Poor customer service
The store was very clean and they had great selection of moving boxes. The first employee who helped me out, male, was very confused and ended up selling me the wrong type of boxes. The manager, a younger lady, was able to let me switch them out for the right TV boxes and refunded my card. I’m not sure of her name, but she was great.
