I cannot recommend this U-Haul location on Pecos and Power enough, and a huge part of that is because of Theo. He is the absolute best! When I realized I didn't have an adapter for the trailer's lights, he didn't try to force me to buy a brand new one—instead, he was kind enough to let me borrow one. You know how people always talk about how great customer service used to be back in the day, where the customer is genuinely taken care of? Theo strives for that exact kind of customer service.
