I would not rent from this establishment. We had issues from the start. The passenger door lock was broken. We were expected to find the vehicle across the street. The windows were filthy with dog slobber where you could not see out of the window. The 15-footer drove very rough and was loud where you could hear the passenger talk without speaking very loudly. I have a storage unit at this facility and rent trucks often. Romeo and his staff are amazing and so helpful. Very clean facility, highly recommend!
