I made the reservation for the Lake Station, IN location. I made the reservation via the U-Haul app like I always do. A few hours later I get a call saying that location won’t work, so we switched it to Chesterton, IN. The next day, I got another call stating the once again switched my reservation to the Schererville, IN location. This was a very frustrating ridiculous situation. I have used this location several times for storage and truck rental. Never had an issue getting what I needed as far as renting a truck or a unit and felt my belongings have been secure. I've been waited on several times by Isaiah and he's very polite and professional.
