This U-Haul location is always on the ball about helping people! Today upon calling and speaking with Aaron he was very helpful, kind and courteous, and had a cheerful voice. I always use them for my moving truck needs and will continue to keep using them when I need them!
Great people and super easy to rent a truck

We had booked a rental to bring a car out of state and someone at the desk changed our rental to an “in-town” rental and gave it to someone else before we got there. They didn’t have a trailer for us so we had to drive 2 hours out of our way to get one from another town. They compensated us with a small discount but barely enough to even cover the gas it took to drive to the other location and back, not to mention all the time and inconvenience it was.
