Gave me 30 days to move out after suddenly having an issue with my unit that Aaron 100% knew what I was doing or I would not have done it. Told me they would refund my last payment as long as I was out within the 30 days. I was completely out within the week. Now Aaron the manager and customer service are telling me I will not be refunded. Get literally everything in writing to avoid problems with them. Bathrooms always disgusting. Definitely Recommend!
Don't rent units or trucks or even work here. The crew are kleptomaniacs, incompetent, and downright scam artists. I should know because while working here I witnessed theft, harassment, and negligence towards the vehicles. 1st, I was told I would get a bonus after being "certified", which from my understanding the store received my bonus but I never did. 2, on a daily, the boss would pocket money from the drawers, stating he had to get change... everyday...
