We made an online reservation for a unit to store a vehicle, received our confirmation and believed we were set. Showed up the day of, and no space! No other options, and no further assistance! We have always used u-haul, never again!!!!!

Terrible!!! Never again!! They apparently had a "roof leak" according to the "manager" which happened to be right over my unit! brought it to their attention the first time it happened they didn't do anything about it she just said oh well nothing I can do about it and to just file a claim with my insurance.. the property manager looks at you like you're stupid and goes back to smoking her cigarettes. Well now it's happened again!! DONE PLAYING NICE!
Husband's phone was accidentally left in truck, returned minutes later and STOLEN by an employee!!!!!
I think it is wonderful my family is moving home can't wait be safe
