I had a very positive customer experience with the Parkland U-Haul team. I've had storage with them for several years, they have always been reliable, helpful and polite.
Very nice and polite manager and employees clean facility well kept I will use it facility again it's a little farther away but I am happy with the way it's run the manager and the employees.
The facility is clean and very well kept. The reason for 4 stars is because there's a lot of activity there after hours. Tenants don't follow the rules. They just hang out there.
The employees were wonderful. Easy to talk with. Great people !!!! I highly would suggest that the U Haul on 96th Pacific, ROCKS !!¡!!
