The staff was great and extremely helpful.
No company has the successful business model that U-Haul has develpoed.
I visited this U-Haul location today and was assisted by a polite young man at the register. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by another employee, Shonda, who was loud, aggressive, and unprofessional, yelling at a coworker in front of a store full of customers. She was eventually escorted out by management. When I asked other employees about the incident, I was told “that’s just how Shonda is,” which was concerning.
