This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. For three weeks, I have been trying to get a hitch installed on my vehicle, and U-Haul has canceled my appointment three separate times. Not once did anyone take ownership of the issue or provide a reliable solution. Instead, I was bounced between customer service and multiple store locations, each giving different information and leaving me to figure everything out on my own. I am currently on my way to file a police report against your company and all your employees who worked at this location on Saturday May 23 - because they stole 1/4 of our ubox which was packed to the brim, including all my personal valuables and belongings that cannot be replaced as well as 3 TVs!!! Your employees are thieves and it’s all on your company cameras. So if you want to pay for their employees to steal your stuff, then by all means use them.
