Best experience at a Uhaul location ever! The staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. We drove from VA to California, shipped our items to the Long Beach location. Decided we loved San Diego more. So we had to unload our Uboxes and loading our items onto a truck. The manager pulled our boxes out so that we could drive the truck to San Diego that evening. Thank you! The entire team is outstanding.
Staff very helpful, professional, and friendly. Equipment was top notch. Overall a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Definitely will use again, and totally will recommend to friends and family.
Bit of wait to pick but to be expected as multiple people needed help and staff was working extremely hard to get everyone served. They were extremely helpful, kind, and considerate. Large facility so backing up and maneuvering very easy. Definitely be using again the staff was great
