Tay (from the U-Haul in Paramount/Long Beach) was AMAZING!!! I’m so grateful she was there to help us!! Moving is a lot, and you’re bound to forget things… I forgot the locks on our U-Haul boxes (which were already up and loaded!) Thankfully, Tay was SUPER understanding and EXTREMELY helpful! So much so that when TWO of my locks didn’t work, she gave me replacements! I just can’t express how grateful I am that she was so willing to not only bring down one box, but THREE boxes because I couldn’t remember which one wasn’t lock... read more
went to get a tow hitch installed and everyone was so nice while I waited. They were super busy and still followed up throughout the process since I was waiting on site. would recommend!
