Staff very helpful, professional, and friendly. Equipment was top notch. Overall a very smooth and enjoyable experience. Definitely will use again, and totally will recommend to friends and family.
Bit of wait to pick but to be expected as multiple people needed help and staff was working extremely hard to get everyone served. They were extremely helpful, kind, and considerate. Large facility so backing up and maneuvering very easy. Definitely be using again the staff was great

OMG! Extremely slow service! Just went in to return a part I purchased. One guy working but several employees walking in and out of lobby. Just a little acknowledgement of the long wait and some reassurance goes a long way and would prevent this review. Worst u-haul experience ever! Will never use this location again.
