Customer service by 3 young individuals was excellent. They were all friendly and helpful and seemed to enjoy what they are doing. Well done!
I opt out of autopay when I first signed up for a storage unit. I always called and made payment over the phone or went into pay. Beware! This branch takes it upon themselves to opt you in for autopay. I have called twice and talked to the manager and had me removed from that option and again they withdrew payment by autopay without my permission. I have called U-Haul headquarters, filed a complaint with BBB and have filed a claim with my banking institution. A company cannot just opt you in for autopay without your consent.... read more
Staff need some vitamin C and D. Cheer up a bit.
I seriously don't know how much more you can improve, this crew at this location is top notch and very thorough. Who is always looking after the customer, they're very pleasant to deal with. I will always go to this crew & this location.
