We rented our 26’ uhaul in Anchor Point alaska. Had no issues and he verified that there was a open unit available off old seward hwy in anchorage. When we went there two days prior to check in they told us there were no units available and we would be put on a waiting list. I’ve been coming to this U-Haul location throughout the winter to refill propane. Unfortunately, my experiences have consistently been disappointing. I’ve interacted with several different employees, and the customer service has not been welcoming or helpful. On more than one occasion
For some reason, this company has trouble teaching its workers basic skills like how to fill propane tanks. A kid fresh out of highschool could learn this mediocre task, yet no one seems to know how to do it.
Rented here several times before no problem. Picked one up today that had the catalytic converter cut out. It was incredibly loud and after I returned it the employee gave me a bunch of attitude about how i should have reported it when I picked it up.
