Fast, Efficient, and Friendly
Would not honor reservation. It was changed without notification. They had trucks but would not rent to me for over 24 hours. Your customers depend on a schedule and reservations. Not acceptable business practices.
I recently rented a truck to move into my place... After putting half my stuff in the truck I noticed cockroaches in the truck... keep in mind I've never had cockroaches. It's been two weeks since I move into my place I occasionally have cockroaches appear. I called customer service about it; while having video and photo evidence they only gave me 20 dollars in credit...
